Disbursement

Now it's time for PCN Network, LLC, through its Safe Escrow platform, to process the escrow disbursement:

• PCN Network, LLC (Safe Escrow) receives all funds in its escrow account, and follows the Safe Escrow Good Funds policy as provided to the agent.
• PCN Network, LLC (Safe Escrow) compares the disbursement ledger against critical documents.
• SAFEvalidation Wire Account Authentication systemically matches customer's wire instructions directly with bank, thereby reducing the risk of wire fraud. Additionally, alternative validation steps may be taken.
• SAFEvalidation Payoff Account Validation systemically matches bank wire instructions with Safe Escrow's master payoff directory; ensuring the payoff account is not fraudulent.

The Title Agent continues to control all elements of customer service and title production.
